We are located between Rochester
and Syracuse on State Route 96,
1/2 mile East of the Village of Phelps.
We are:
10 minutes North of Geneva,
25 minutes from Canandaigua, 35 minutes East of Rochester
45 minutes West of Syracuse.
From I90, take the Geneva Exit
(state Route 14) and turn right after the toll booth - heading South.
Make a right onto Route 96
The Inn is 3 miles from the entrance to Route 96, on your left. (Look
for the big brick home with the parking lot.)
